KOH SAMUI BEACHES

Sort by:

It is said in all the guidebooks that Koh Samui is a perfect place for a beach holiday and a true Bounty paradise.

Each beach of Koh Samui is unique and beautiful in its own way, but their surrounding entertainment and other infrastructure, including markets, restaurants, shops, hotels, bungalows, houses or villas that can be rented for holidays on Koh Samui, vary greatly.

Therefore Samuidays we tell you about everything that can be useful in planning your holiday in Thailand and Koh Samui to make your stay in Samui and the surrounding islands enjoyable at most.

For your convenience while considering tours around Samui or organizing an independent travel we have marked all the beaches of Koh Samui on the island map. Clicking on the name of the beach will take you to the corresponding description of the beach, accompanied by a short video. Our map of Koh Samui has 25 beaches.

Also, in the description of each beach (you can leave a reviews to each beach) we will mention about what to expect, and what should not be expected when visiting different parts of this truly heavenly place, which includes not only Samui, but also its surrounding islands: Koh Phangan, Koh Tao and the islands of the Ang Thong Marine Park.

In the description of the beaches of Koh Samui we tried to give only the facts, there will be no travelers' tales of how it used to be here before, and why things are the way they are now..

The description of the majority of Koh Samui beaches is accompanied with a video shot on the beach. Each video demonstrates: the type of sand, what the beach and the sea in every district of the island look like. The videos were filmed mostly on a cloudy day, but even in this weather it is clear how nice Koh Samui beaches are. And on a sunny day they are just lovely!

We have written a detailed and very useful article "Beaches of Koh Samui" - be sure to read it in order to have a general idea about what the beaches on the island of Koh Samui look like. Photos of the beaches can be found in the description of each beach. Also we have arranged a map of the beaches including their suitability for swimming, and another beautiful map with all Koh Samui hotels and attractions.

Tongsai

Tongsai

It is getting harder with each year to find a quiet beautiful and lonesome beach without annoying sellers and crowds of tourists. One of such places preserved in its natural state is Tongsai beach. Probably because of its small size - about 120 meters it has been lost somewhere between rocky banks which make getting to the beach rather uncomfortable. The only way you can get to the beach is through the Tongsai Bay hotel which covered all the entrances to the beach keeping it private for the customers. >>
